LLMrefs retains ownership of all data, analytics, and insights generated through our service. You may export your data while your subscription is active, but we maintain ownership rights to all analytical methodologies and aggregated data.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

Suspected illegal activities
Abusive behavior or misuse of the service
Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, account data will be anonymized after fulfilling all legal requirements. Any illegal activities will be reported to relevant authorities.

Any consequential damages or losses
